We want you to be confident in your purchase, and we stand behind what we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery or pickup. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, let us know immediately. We'll arrange a replacement.

30-day returns

You may return unused, resalable items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. We accept drop-off at no charge and there's no restocking fee.

Final sale (non-returnable)

Because turf is cut to order, the following are final sale and can't be returned:

  • Turf that has been cut to length or custom-cut from a roll
  • Infill, adhesive, or seam products once the bag or container has been opened
  • Used, installed, or modified products

Refunds

Once your returned items are received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll let you know as soon as it's processed.
